Mr. Burton founded and grew Two companies from inception into respected companies with nearly One Million Dollars in Enterprise values. Mr. Burton has attended numerous prestigious universities and business-related Trade Schools from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University-Aeronautical Science & Engineering, later both Queens College & Queens Community (CUNY) Political Science & Pre-Law & Criminal Justice. He started his Real Estate career as a Salesperson with ERA McGill Realtors and was promoted to associate real Estate Broker. He later formed Burtron Enterprises Inc., a Residential and Commercial Investment Corporation. Mr. Burton holds both a VIP & Protege Memberships as a Commercial Property Advisor (CPA) & a VIP Dream Partner of Commercial Real Estate(CRE) Investment Partner. He is a member of several nationwide investment clubs and other real estate associates. His affiliates are both local and international investors in the commercial R/E industries. He has an extensive leadership background in Public Relations and Public Service (First Responder) as a decorated member of the New York City Police Department and as a Decorated and honorable Discharged Non-Commissioned Officer of the United States Marine Corps.
During Mr. Burton’s Real Estate career, he has decades of experience. He has completed numerous Commercial Real Estate (R/E) Deals in Real Estate and Investment transactions. He has invented and implemented proprietary Deal-making AI Software and integrated this system with the Accumulation and Wealth Preservation of Wealth Educational Program, bringing significant innovations to the Arbtron® Investment Group of Investors and other collaborative partnerships.
This innovative online business platform, the Arbtron Business System (ABS)®, is coupled with its Deal-Making Commercial Assessment and Analysis calculator, which pairs its online data-based network of professional CRE Investor-buyers with CRE Sellers, along with the integrated E-Signture, for more efficient and less time-consuming real estate transactions.
