FUNDS FOR ARBTRON® & ACCREDITED INVESTORS
Arbtron® Investment Group, Inc. (the Company) seeks Investment Funds and Accredited investors to pool additional financial resources in raising Capital to acquire a mixed-use Commercial Investment Property-B or C-Class Asset CRE. The Company Repayment Plans will be solely based on writing Financial Agreement as to length, term, and interest rates prearranged in the investment agreements and the Commercial Investment Property Exit strategies.
Arbtron® has several investment options with our primary lenders, other Real Estate Investors, and the company’s exclusive investment vehicles, including CRE ownership or Partnership with other investment groups through syndication. These investors are generally paid first with Preferred Returns (pre-determined Percentage), Plus an Equity Split normally over Five years or Less that incorporates an End of Deal Exit strategy using a Cash-Out Refi or Master Lease. In some cases, these Investors are offered an additional incentive to maintain a small piece of continued ownership based on Cash Flow.
Arbtron® Investment Group, Inc. will only make this offer for a Limited Time, and only a few Lending or Financial groups, Equity & Insurance Companies, or Private Real Estate /Accredited Investors, including active members doing business with Arbtron® Investment Group & Associates with the affiliated companies. The Company will develop a great online Commercial Investment platform for any group or entity wishing to do business with Arbtron® Investment Group.
Accredited Investors can invest indirectly through its exclusive REIT or ETF investment alternatives. These investment products can be accessed online, and the company’s online calculator to calculate the projective values at Secured Uninterrupted Compounding Interest Rates of 3% to 27% IRR over a selected period of years.
The Arbtron® Group has determined that once it has achieved its goal of investment capital to obtain a group of Commercial Properties, All other Accredited investors will be limited to CRE ownership and Passive Investment vehicles or Corporate Stocks when issued. All other Investors will be placed on a waiting list to be considered for future investment projects.
