The Commercial Property Buyer enters the type of Commercial Property of interest A, B, or C Class, an estimated Price range, and other qualifications. CRE Sellers and buyers can access the Arbtron® online Commercial calculator to quickly gather an assessment & analysis of the Investment property for Sale. The online Software creatively pairs the Commercial Property Investment with an Investor or a group of investors who will further assess the overall potential, improvement cost, financial terms, and analytical projections for short- and long-term investment growth. In some cases, the selected group of Property Advisors will recommend a Commercial Investment Project (IF APPROVED) to a Group of Investors, an Investment Firm, or the formation of a Partnership.

Arbtron® use of Capital Stacking to structure Financing for Commercial R/E Investment Properties: 

Arbtron® Investment Group, Inc (the Company) uses its network of multiple financial sources of capital, typically in Four Components in Capital Stacking based on the potential Risk and Reward on Returns. 1) Common Equity, 2) Preferred Equity, 3) Mezzanine Debt, 4) Senior Debt. The Common & Preferred Equity are positioned at the top with the highest Risk and Return (ROI). The Mezzanine Debt is a secondary debt that bridges the gap between Equity and Senior Debt.
